Ron Smith is a NFPT nationally certified personal trainer and has 10 years group training experience. BodyZen Boot Camps uses cutting edge methods to help you reach all your fitness goals. We use a variety of methods in every class to keep you constantly progressing and avoiding getting bored.  No two workouts are ever the same. Classes will consist of aerobic conditioning, resistance training, core training, functional training, sports drills, fitness games and team challenges.  In addition youll also receive weekly handouts that will include healthy recipes, nutritional and  motivational advice to keep you climbing toward your fitness goals.
